Information we receive

This website has no forms, no accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request) to keep the site running and secure.

When you call, text or email us, we receive what you choose to send: your name, phone number, email address, property address and the details of the work you are asking about.

How we use it

We use your information to answer you, prepare estimates, schedule and carry out work, send job updates, handle billing and keep business records. We do not use it for anything unrelated to the work you contacted us about.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, or you text us first, we may text you about your estimate, scheduling, job progress, inspections, invoices and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to do the work and run the business: with service providers who operate our phone, email and record-keeping systems, with suppliers, inspectors or insurers when a job requires it, and when the law requires it. The text message restriction above applies to all of these.

Keeping and removing information

We keep customer and job records for as long as needed for the work, warranties, taxes and legal requirements. You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
